This essential component serves as a storage tank for the cooling towers situated on the CUP's rooftop. Our latest multi-family project is complete! The Navigator is located in Richmond's Manchester neighborhood. The 6-story, 215,000 SF development houses 177 units, 8,825 SF of amenity space, a 98 car parking garage, and 6,300 SF courtyard space. The project scope consisted of one level of cast-in-place concrete podium and five levels of wood framing. Congratulations to the team and our partners on a job well done! Our team at VCU's Costar Center for Arts and Innovation is just about finished erecting our tower crane. This visionary endeavor seeks to consolidate Virginia Commonwealth University arts and innovation programs under one roof. The primary goal of the project is to provide state-of-the-art facilities, including hybrid classroom-laboratories, performance venues, and makerspaces, while fostering a culture of flexibility and sustainability. The 209,000 SF project sits at the entryway to VCU's campus at Broad Street and Belvidere.
