On today's National Grandparents' Day, we celebrate our namesake Effie Burns, the grandmother of owner and developer Tom Becnel, and our team members' heroes who have shaped who they are. Lauren Clowers, Senior Sales Manager, shares a bit about her "favorite person on the planet," her grandmother Connie: "My favorite memories always revolve around Thanksgiving. She was the hostess with the mostest, as they say. She always used her best china and cooked all day. We would eat this big lunch, then take a walk together and come back for her homemade pies.
