Happy President’s Day! Throughout our 137-year-old history, 11 Presidents have graced Hotel del Coronado’s grounds. The property has played host to conferences, receptions and state dinners — from Benjamin Harrison's groundbreaking visit, to Franklin D. Roosevelt's "White House West" moment, and more. Fun fact: President Richard Nixon hosted a state dinner in The Del’s Crown Room for Mexican President Gustavo Diaz Ordaz on September 3, 1970 (the first state dinner to be held outside the White House at the time).

June 2025 will mark a milestone at Hotel del Coronado: the unveiling of our expertly restored Victorian building and the completion of a remarkable, six-year, resort-wide revitalization. ? Beginning February 15th, guests will be among the first to experience the newly restored Victorian rooms, and later this Spring, two incredible new dining experiences: the highly anticipated Nobu Del Coronado by?Nobu Restaurants?and Veranda, a quintessential al fresco oceanfront restaurant. ?
