We are delighted to announce two well-deserved promotions at Hotel Bel-Air. Following Denise Flanders’ retirement earlier this month, Christoph Moje has been appointed as General Manager of Hotel Bel-Air. With almost 30 years’ experience in luxury hotels across the America, Christoph re-joined Dorchester Collection seven years ago as hotel manager for sister property, The Beverly Hills Hotel. In 2021, he made the transition across to Hotel Bel-Air as hotel manager and he will now take on the role of General Manager. In his place Tiffany Lai has been appointed as the new Hotel Manager, where she will oversee all of the hotel’s operational departments. Tiffany has had a long tenure with Dorchester Collection, joining in 2007 as Catering Manager at The Beverly Hills Hotel. In 2011, she joined the reopening team at Hotel Bel-Air as Director of Catering and in 2017 she was promoted to Director of Sales & Catering. Please join us in congratulating them both.
