Introducing Hotel Bel-Air’s two new culinary experiences: The Living Room and The Patisserie, brought to life by Champalimaud Design.
Just beyond our iconic Swan Lake bridge is The Patisserie, where the aroma of home-made pastries and artisanal coffee awaits daily from 7am to 12pm. Enjoy a warm-weather treat from the seasonal gelato trolley and indulge in pastries artfully baked by our expert pastry team led by Chef Christophe Rull.
In the afternoon and evening, unwind at The Living Room, open Wednesday through Sunday from 2pm to 9pm. Enjoy elevated caviar service, the ‘Coldest Martini in Town,’ and exceptional menu offerings developed by Culinary Director, Chef Joe Garcia, with Afternoon Tea served on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 3pm.
