HostageAid is holding a press conference calling for urgent action to secure the release of all hostages held by Hamas in Gaza, drawing inspiration from President Ronald Reagan's historic 1981 resolution of the Iran hostage crisis.

Hostage Aid board members met with Paul Whelan, an American unlawfully detained in #Russia for more than 5 years. Former hostages Nizar Zakka & Xiyue Wang presented Paul with a token of recognition for the immense suffering he endured during his unjust imprisonment. Paul’s ordeal lasted 5 years 7 months & 5 days. During this time, he was subjected to horrific confinement conditions, was attacked by fellow inmates, & targeted by an official at the camp he was imprisoned in. He was left behind twice in previous prisoner exchanges, yet never gave up hope.
