Hawaii Care Choices is a private, non-profit 501(c) 3 agency, providing care for anyone facing a serious or life-limiting illness, death, or grief. Every person's path through illness is unique. We are honored to provide options and solutions to support our community with these important health care decisions. Palliative Care: Support that can begin at diagnosis and continue alongside treatment. Hospice Care: Support that can begin when a cure is beyond reach. Bereavement Care: Support given for those in the grieving process, offered free to all. Adult Residential Care Home: Providing around-the-clock supervision and assistance in a live-in residential setting. Dedicated to providing the highest quality of care for you or your loved one. Our Vision: Every life is touched by compassionate care, finding comfort and a sense of peace in a time of need.
