Meet Harry! Since 2007, Harry has been leading the Horst Construction Group teams as President & CEO. Harry has worked in the construction industry for over 40 years, working in various capacities from carpenter to superintendent to operations management. Harry’s favorite part of his job is leading a team of hard-working and dedicated professionals. He is known for his mathematical mind, astute observations, and depth of industry knowledge. His team appreciates his sense of humor, approachability, and leadership. In his free time, Harry enjoys spending time with his family, especially being Paw Paw to his grandchildren, as well as the great outdoors including hunting, golf, and fishing.

Meet our Marketing Manager Jessica! Jessica joined the team in 2011 as a project assistant, then spent a few years as the executive administrative assistant before stepping into her marketing role. She is driven by a desire to understand others, which led her to pursue a degree in psychology from Lebanon Valley College. On any given day, you can find Jessica leading marketing strategy efforts, creating content and proposal responses, or out flying the drone at a jobsite. In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband and two teenagers, traveling, reading mystery novels, and playing board games. #WomenInConstruction
