The department the Pastry team would like to nominate is a department that has been working their creative minds throughout the year trying to find new fun and creative ways to bring business to their department. From adding new fresh ingredients, developing new menus, launching a brand-new ordering system, weekend brunches and Bloody Mary Bars, trivia nights, etc. It is the Pastry team’s honor of recognizing both the Whitewater 360 FOH AND BOH team as the department of the month! ?? ??
