Quantum Adoption Measurement - Is This What We've Been Waiting For? Highlighting the importance of #quantumadoption has been the mission of the Quantum Strategy Institute since its inception in 2021. Yet one of the challenges has been the ability to measure such progress. Recently The Quantum Insider and HorizonX Consulting launched their 'Quantum Innovation Index' (QII) - "the index for comparing quantum adoption within enterprises". If you've been following the work of The Quantum Insider (TQI) over the past few years, you know they have been aggregating data of all kinds within their 'Quantum Intelligence' platform. With this announcement they take the next step towards truly understanding the adoption progress for #quantumtechnologies. According to TQI the QII "index weighs and compares the level of quantum technology adoption between groups and enterprises across various sectors of the economy. Backed by TQI market intelligence, data and supplementary analysis, focuses on firms’ workforce capabilities, research and development (R&D) investment, and quantum industry partnerships." QSI, and all in the quantum ecosystem, now have access to a long-awaited tool with an array of strategic insights that lays out the commercialization aspect of the #quantumindustry.
