At Horizontal, we take a tech-forward approach, always aiming to stay ahead in recruitment technology. So when VoiceAI emerged, we saw an opportunity to explore its potential firsthand. Over 9 months, we evaluated multiple VoiceAI solutions before selecting the right partner. Our Product Operations Manager Kim led the charge: assessing use cases, customization options and ensuring seamless integration with our ATS, Bullhorn. We then spent a month testing internally, refining conversation flows and resolving bugs before rolling it out to live applicants. Starting with 25% of jobs, we gathered feedback, made adjustments and expanded the tool to 100% over 6 weeks. While we took time to refine and test, no technology is perfect. VoiceAI continues to evolve, and we’re committed to ongoing improvements based on real user experiences. ?? Candidates: Your patience and feedback help us refine our approach.
