Recently, the leadership team at the Milwaukee Job Corps Center attended a two-day team building program provided by John Hall, founder and CEO of Horizons Consulting. The intensive sessions allowed the leadership team recent and senior members to work on team dynamics and apply their newfound knowledge about themselves and the group at the center. The Horizons’ experiential learning program was also used to motivate the leadership and refocus efforts on improving student outcomes as well as support Job Corps’ regional and national goals. The fun and interactive activities are also meant to give the leadership team innovative management tools that can positively impact their areas of responsibility. The team building program was attended by center director Marlon Paige, the leadership team at Milwaukee Job Corps center and Nolyn Fueller, president of Horizons Youth Services. #jobcorps #teambuilding #wegrowpeople #milwaukeejobcorps #leadership
