Horizon Health serves over 27,000 patients annually and employs over 300 individuals. Health center funding expires this month, which means we need as many voices as possible to urge Congress to extend and increase health centers’ annual funding in the next government funding package. We're asking all health center supporters to call or e-mail their U.S. Representative/Senator and ask them to support health center funding. E-mail templates and scripts will be provided after you enter your information. You do not need to be a policy expert. As a voter who lives or works in the district they represent, you just need a sentence about WHY you support health centers and how important it is to have local access to primary healthcare services close to home.
