At the recent AIA DC awards ceremony, HCM brought home not just one but two trophies! The Wren, a vibrant mixed-use development in Washington, DC, received the evening's only award for a multifamily project, the “Award in Distinctive Residential Design,” and the renovation of the DC Bilingual Charter School earned the chapter’s highest honor, an “Award in Architecture.”
