The Thriving in Intersectionality Podcast was built to amplify the voices of leaders and immigrants in the corporate workplace and to give insights and guidance so people can move past their “barriers” and advance in their professional careers. As the project's newest podcast manager, we are excited to share stories of immigrants, minorities, first-generation professionals, and diverse leaders. hopsctch stickers are finally here! when we were first thinking of the brand we wanted it to be more than just a creative agency. we wanted a brand that would promote a creative lifestyle, that empowers peoples creativity, and gave a friendly atmosphere to experiment and create without judgement. we dropped the “-digital” in the original name and just kept it hopsctch. ??fun fact: the majority of our team are artists outside our professional work. from painting, to film and photography, our team loves to create. hopsctch is a stance in creative utopia, we want you to create, build like a kid, and just have fun. stick it on your toolbox, your surfboard, journal or wherever you feel the most creative and inspired. ?? if ya want some stickers send us a dm and we’ll mail you some or give it to you personally at the next community event! #hopsctch?#creativeutopia?#creativity

a lot of people ask us why the name hopsctch? well, the name came from our co-founder Ella Napata’s favorite book, “rayuela” or?“hopscotch”in english by the famous Argentinian author, Julio Cortázar. it’s an anti-novel that “hopscotches” throughout different chapters, different narratives, from first person to third person, that talks about the complexities of love, society, and dreams. this book, can be read from any way, any page, every-which direction, kind of like falling into a rabbit hole. much like the book, hopsctch represents a non-linear or unconventional way to solving puzzles, finding creative solutions, and to push forward with our dreams. hopsctch is our stance in creative utopia. ??
