Six years ago today, I took a leap and joined Hoppin' to become the Marketing Director. Back when it was just one location in the South End neighborhood of my hometown, Charlotte. Fast forward to today, that dream has grown into a thriving franchise with 5 locations across 3 states—and many more franchises on the way. I’m beyond grateful for the journey.
