This World Storytelling Day, we're proud to shine a light on a nonprofit partner nurturing the next generation of content creators. ?? ?? Big Picture Alliance, a 2024 NBCUniversal Local Impact Grants winner and Creative Impact Lab creative agency partner, not only empowers Philly youth through free film and media programs but also helps other nonprofits tell their stories. It’s hard to put into words just how much Grace Manning has meant to Hopeworks. As our Director of Employer and Alumni Partnerships, Grace joined with a vision—to elevate our alumni network and create a thriving community where success stories didn’t end after leaving our program, but only began. Grace helped build structure, programming, and connections that will continue to empower our alumni and young adults for years to come. Her leadership expanded across so many impactful initiatives—from managing key external partnerships to re-launching our EMT training program and even stepping in as our first-ever Philadelphia Site Director when we expanded in 2022. Grace, your willingness to help anyone, anytime—no matter the challenge—has made an incredible difference. Your upbeat energy, dedication, and heart for this work have left a lasting mark on Hopeworks and all who have had the privilege of working with you. You will be deeply missed, but we know this next chapter will be just as amazing as you are. Thank you for everything!??
