Latinas across the nation stepped up this election season, bringing needed representation in the U.S. Congress and in Statewide executive office. While some progress is visible, there’s still work to do—Latinas are nearly 10% of the U.S. population but hold less than 4% of congressional seats. Let’s celebrate diverse leadership and keep pushing for greater representation to ensure our government reflects the diversity of our communities.
