???? Hope Horizons Foundation Delivers Another Container of Hope! ???? We are thrilled to announce that the Hope Horizons Foundation has successfully delivered another container filled with essential donations to RS, Brazil. This incredible effort was made possible by the generous contributions from our partners in Houston, Texas, SOS RS group and the dedicated Brazilian community across the state of Texas. This donation is part of our ongoing effort to support the people affected by the devastating floods in Rio Grande do Sul. The donations were delivered to our partners of distributors, Por Amore, who will ensure that these supplies reach those who need them most. A huge thank you to everyone involved for making a tangible difference in the lives of those in need. Together, we continue to build bridges of compassion and solidarity. ?? **Remarkable Presence at the Brazil Expo Florida in Miami!** ?? We are proud to announce that representatives from the **Hope Horizons Foundation (HHF)** attended the prestigious **Brazilian Expo Florida** in Miami, alongside the Ambassador and Deputy Consul of Brazil. The Brazilian Expo Florida is the largest Brazilian business fair in the United States, aimed at stimulating business generation between Brazilian, American, and Hispanic markets. The event offers a unique opportunity to increase visibility within the Brazilian community, connect with key stakeholders, and showcase products to a diverse and engaged audience. This year's event featured a variety of exhibitors presenting products, services, and interactive activities. Attendees enjoyed the energy of Brazilian DJs and artists in a family-friendly atmosphere filled with fun and excitement. Additionally, there were panels and lectures on topics such as immigration, trade, investments, culture, society, and health. HHF remains committed to supporting vulnerable communities and promoting a sustainable future. ?? **Solidarity Action "Clothesline in the Mud"** ?? Last Sunday, we had the honor of participating in an incredible solidarity action in Canoas, RS. The "Clothesline in the Mud" initiative was carried out in partnership with several dedicated groups, including the Hope Horizons Foundation (HHF), Pé na Lama, Por Amore, Projeto Espíndola, among others. Together, we managed to distribute over **30 tons of donations**, with a significant portion of these donations coming from our generous American partners. This action benefited an extremely needy region of the city, bringing hope and relief to many families. ?? **We are immensely grateful to everyone involved** – volunteers, donors, and partners – for making this event possible. This morning, we successfully delivered another container of approximately 15 tons of European donations to our local partner, **Igreja O Brasil Para Cristo**, in Porto Alegre, RS. This shipment is part of our ongoing flood relief program, managed by the **Hope Horizons Foundation (HHF)**. This delivery is part of a larger effort, with a total of **1,000 tons of donations** being distributed to support those affected by the recent floods. We are incredibly grateful for the generous contributions from our European supporters and the tireless efforts of our team and partners. Together, we are making a significant impact on the lives of those affected by the recent floods. A special thank you to everyone involved in this mission. ?? Climate Change in Action: From Myanmar to Brazil ?? As Myanmar battles the devastating floods caused by Typhoon Yagi, we are reminded of the urgent need to address climate change and its far-reaching impacts1. The severe flooding in Myanmar has displaced over **230,000 people** and caused significant damage2. Tragically, at least **19 people have lost their lives**, and **3,600 residents** have been displaced3. Similarly, in Brazil, the Hope Horizons Foundation is actively working to support communities in Rio Grande do Sul affected by unprecedented flooding. The floods in Rio Grande do Sul have affected **2.3 million people** across **90% of the municipalities** in the state?. The disaster has resulted in **182 deaths**, with **386,000 people displaced** and **4,873 in shelters**?.
