Through interactive stations, they developed communication skills, explored heavy equipment, and trained on simulators—some of the same activities we use at our training academy!🙌 Special thanks to Carolina Cat for providing an articulated truck and simulators🚚🕹️, the students really loved them! This is the reason to attend Ariat Dirt World Summit Not the the educational content and that was superior. I go to MANY conventions, 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁. A great reason to attend. Not the vendor support and that was fully engaged. I go to MANY conventions where they are mailing it in at the booth because they have to, these many vendors want to be there.  A great reason to attend. This picture is why you attend. Three years ago these people didn't know each other but today they are part of a growing, sharing community. • They have been to each others offices. • They share ideas • They support each other • They so seem to like each other. Brandon Lindsey Brian McManus Herb Sargent Katie Page, SHRM-SCP Ryan Schmitt Their three firms Hoopaugh Grading Company, LLC Sargent and Petticoat-Schmitt Civil Contractors, Inc. are truly industry leaders. I attend Summit to develop deep relationships like this and to learn what the leaders are doing. If you do not attend you will be losing ground to this cohort of people changing the industry. It is an investment worth making.
