The Persistent Systems team took on a challenging test of our Wave Relay and Cloud Relay capabilities in Hood River, Oregon. Partnering with our Wave Relay Ecosystem partner Hood Technology Corporation Aero, our team utilized their aircraft and sensors, along with our MPU5s, sector antennas, AWRS, and multiband tracker systems, and set up three separate ground stations, each over 10 miles apart, connected by Cloud Relay, and equipped with PTZ cameras. As the aircraft flew over the designated area, it seamlessly connected with each ground station via Wave Relay, while also maintaining an uninterrupted connection via Cloud Relay at all times. A team member in Fort Collins also had full PTZ control of all cameras at every station, and viewed live video feed from all three.
