About Jenifer Simon, M.A. is a seasoned arts administrator and training and development specialist with over 20 years of professional experience. She is a tireless advocate for the arts as well as an artist herself. As Founder and CEO of Honors in Art, she uses her expertise to act as a partner and steward to individuals, communities, and institutions involved in all forms of the arts. Jenifer works with a sense of urgency and efficiency to bring about change while maintaining the highest level of integrity and accountability, leading projects through their entire lifecycle, from ideation to planning, implementation, evaluation, and sustainability. Jenifer has held leadership positions in both the nonprofit and private sectors as Director of Business and Content Development at Artrepreneur, Director of Programs and Outreach at CERF+ and Director of New Jersey Programs, Partnerships and the Artist/Teacher Institute at Arts Horizons. As the Northern California Training Specialist at Insperity, she worked with companies including Netflix, Krispy Kreme, Cisco Systems Capital, ePropser, and BBC Technology.
