Turkey is great and all, but let’s be honest—the real MVP of the meal is dessert! And there’s *always* room for dessert. Our Dulce, crafted in the style of a Vintage port pairs perfectly with fall desserts and our Late Harvest is basically dessert in a glass. The perfect way to end a feast—or start one, because who says dessert has to wait? Family owned, sustainably farmed, solar powered. Making award-winning Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon since 1980.
关于我们
The Honig family began making wine in 1980, and since that time have worked to create a family business with a sense of humor, commitment to quality, and a personal touch. The family is dedicated to operating sustainability, supporting the community, and producing wines of the highest quality. Located in Rutherford, in the heart of the Napa Valley, their sustainably farmed vineyard is perfectly suited to growing Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc. Believing that the best wines are made in the vineyard, winemaker Kristin Belair focuses production exclusively on these two varietals, crafting wines that are balanced, fruit forward, and luscious.

Brought in the last truck of grapes this Tuesday! Gorgeous fruit and spectacular vintage. Here's the final harvest update from Kristin Belair, our Director of Winegrowing and Sustainability from the Napa Register: Rutherford “Fall weather? It looks like fall all around the valley, yet the temperatures over the past week have not been cool or crisp. Many wineries are wrapping up the 2024 harvest this week. And while the actual harvest is in, the work is far from over in the wineries. However, the activity will start slowing to a more measured pace. Red fermenters still need to be pressed out and new wines barreled down. Xochilt Polanco, assistant winemaker at Frogs Leap, is excited about the 2024 vintage and had this to say on Monday: 'We are in the home stretch! We’ve got one more day of picking and we are done! It has been a beautiful harvest thus far!' Jake Maus of Colinas Farming expects to have all the fruit that they farm in over the next couple of weeks. The last of the Cabernet Sauvignon arrived at Honig on Tuesday. For the next few weeks, we’ll be pressing out red fermenters and barreling down wines. Meanwhile, we are hoping for a nice solid rain soon to get the botrytis (noble rot) going on in our Honig Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc block. It is always a mystery about when and if that fruit gets turned into wine and it is often picked as late as December. 'All in' is still when the last of the Cabernet arrives at the winery and we can take a breath and celebrate another stunning Napa Valley harvest.”

We're so proud of our partnership with St. Helena Hospital Foundation to provide mammograms for those who can't afford them. When you purchase our Cabernet Sauvignon Pink, a portion of the sales go directly to providing this potentially life saving diagnostic tool. And we're doubling our donation during the month of October in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month! Available in our tasting room and on our website honigwine.com https://lnkd.in/gjt767Z8

Harvest is just one time of year that highlights the contributions made by members of the Hispanic/Latinx community in the process of winemaking. From the dedicated men and women who work tirelessly to care for the vineyards and bring in the fruit, to the production team who work around the clock to get it processed, to our hospitality and administrative staff, we’re proud of our culturally diverse team and understand that it takes many hands to make great wine! #beehonig #nationalhispanicheritagemonth #diversity #teamwork

Toast to Harvest 2024! Today we brought the team together (and one visiting couple) to toast the 2024 harvest. This annual tradition gives us a chance catch our breath and honor the bounty of the vineyard before the harvest gets crazy busy. #beehonig #blessingofthegrapes #cheers ##2024harvest #sauvignonblanc #napavalley ?? @tflophotography
