This is the latest step to simplify our portfolio and align it with three compelling megatrends – automation, the future of aviation and energy transition. ? As an independent business, the Advanced Materials business will be a standout among publicly traded specialty chemical companies. It will benefit from an enhanced strategic focus and the financial flexibility to pursue innovation and growth opportunities through investment cycles. The spin will also enable us to progress Honeywell’s strategic priorities of accelerating organic growth, evolving our Accelerator operating system and enhancing our portfolio mix.
