Honeywell Arts & Entertainment recently offered a once-in-a-lifetime, curated tour to experience the music and history of The Beatles in London and Liverpool, England. ?? The week was led by tour guides Lorenzo Mattera, previous General Manager at Capitol Records in Los Angeles, California, and his daughter, Toni-ann Mattera, Brand Marketing Associate at Warner Music Group in New York. ?? The guided tour covered every corner of the Beatles map, from well-known spots like Abbey Road and Penny Lane to more obscure locations like the grave of Eleanor Rigby. ?? Attendees also visited the exact Abbey Road studio the Beatles used! ?? The Commission approved funding recommendations for the Arts Project Support and Arts Organization Support grant programs. ?? The two grant programs will fund 338 organizations in 77 Indiana counties. Honeywell Arts & Entertainment recently received grant funding from the Indiana Arts Commission (IAC) through the Lifelong Arts for Arts Organizations grant program to host programming for older adults. ?? The organization's Senior Perspectives: Observational Art Class will offer older adults the opportunity to engage in three series of 8 weekly art classes, each led by professional artist and teacher Danielle Winger. ?? Hosted at the local senior center, this program is designed to empower participants to explore their creativity, build social connections, and culminate in a community art exhibition, fostering self-expression and active engagement within the community. ??
