Progress at Fairway Acres! Our team, led by Charles Taylor, is wrapping up utilities and installing the final driveway culverts in this 50-lot subdivision in Brunswick County. Exciting milestones ahead for this 18-acre community!

? Project Complete: HT Fuel ? Another successful commercial project in New Hanover County! Led by John Harrell, with support from Ben Fuller, our team transformed 0.91 acres, taking down an old bank and installing concrete paving, pervious pavers, and a retaining wall. From demolition to the final details, this site is now ready for its next chapter. Proud of our crew for delivering another top-quality project!

?? Final Phase Underway at Barclay Mosby! ?? We’re wrapping up the last part of this 2-phase project in New Hanover County, managed by Joby Hawn and Ramsey Hawn. Covering about 12 acres, our earthwork grading crew is clearing and prepping the site for material import to balance the land. On top of that, we’re continuing work on the infrastructure road for the City of Wilmington, connecting Independence Blvd to 17th Street—a major milestone for this development! This huge project has come together in under 9 months, and we’re ready to crush the next phase. Proud to be working with Middleburg Construction to make it happen!

Great progress at the Pender County Health and Human Services project, led by Jake Vetter! Crews are installing storm drains and grading the 10.5-acre site, with water and sewer installation coming in the next few weeks. Lakes at Riverbend – Progress in Motion! Exciting developments are underway in Brunswick County as we bring Lakes at Riverbend to life! This 3-phase project, managed by Joby Hawn and Ramsey Hawn and developed by Natelli Communities, spans 75 acres and will feature 122 homes and 16 townhomes. Right now, our team is hard at work grading roads and installing sewer, water, and storm utilities. Stay tuned for more updates!

Exciting things happening at Indigo at Abbey Preserve! Led by David Honeycutt Jr., we’re putting the finishing touches on this beautiful development in Pender County. With 136 lots, this project is almost ready for its new homeowners!

We are working on driving in sheet piles in preparation to set an underground retention system at MedNorth. Located in downtown Wilmington, NC and this job is being led by Connor Coupland.
