Last week, we had the privilege of partnering with the Pima County Attorney’s Office, Victim Services Division, to present to their dedicated volunteers on the critical topic of homicide and its profound impacts on survivors. We extend our heartfelt thanks for this opportunity and wish all the volunteers the best of luck as they continue to enhance their skills in providing vital support to crime victims in our community.

We are proud to share that our Executive Director, Dennisse Ley, CA participated in today’s panel at the career development fair hosted by National Organization for Victim Advocacy NOVA. The panelists emphasized the vital role of victim advocacy in our communities. Supporting crime victims is essential not only for their healing but also for nurturing a culture of justice and compassion. By showing up for those impacted by crime, we communicate a powerful message. Survivors/Victims are not alone in their journey. Together, we can foster a supportive environment where every voice is heard and every story matters. A heartfelt thank you to NOVA for making Homicide Survivors a part of this important discussion! #VictimAdvocacy #HomicideSurvivors
