Creating Home. Building Hope. Together.
关于我们
Community Housing Partnership is now HomeRise. While the name is new, the work we do remains the same: we help people experiencing homelessness rise up and transform their lives by providing a home combined with support services, like mental health services and job training, and advocating for policies that alleviate and prevent homelessness. Together with our supporters, we are changing lives and rebuilding the neighborhoods and city that we love. Each year, HomeRise’s supportive housing transforms the lives of more than 1,900 adults, children, seniors, and veterans who experienced homelessness. The impact is long-lasting: 98% of our past and present residents who experienced homelessness stay housed.

We are still energized coming off HomeRise’s Grand Re-Opening celebration at the San Cristina site in San Francisco last week! The San Cristina underwent an extensive rehab focused on upgrading its structural and seismic stability, enhancing energy efficiency, and making the space better suited for HomeRise residents with modernized upgrades to the living and community spaces. We are proud to have partnered with such amazing organizations to bring this historic 1913 building back to life! The completion of this project further demonstrates HomeRise’s continued commitment to house formerly homeless individuals here in San Francisco and provide critical support to help each individual rise up.
