Martice’s Story: A Father’s Determination ??? When Martice came to Homeless ID Project, he needed both his ID and birth certificate—essential documents to move forward. With his new ID in hand, he took the next step, connecting with our friends The Society of St. Vincent de Paul - Phoenix's Workforce Development, where he received help securing a job and housing. ???? But Martice’s journey isn’t just about himself. He is working hard to find better employment so he can bring his three children from Chicago to live with him. ?????? After losing his wife ten years ago, he spent years searching for peace and stability. Through it all, his faith has given him strength, and he still wears his wedding ring as a tribute to the love he lost—and the family he’s working to rebuild. ????
