The property management software we use at HRS offers portals for both our renters and owners. The owner portal allows us to upload documents which are shared with the owner. This is also where owners will find the lease, the management agreement, and 1099 documents. Current statements are uploaded to the portal, but owners can also find all statements there as well. The transactions tab shows a full history of all transactions, both owner contributions and disbursements from the start of the management of a property.
