HomeLab is California's top-ranked life sciences accelerator, and ground zero for San Diego’s innovation ecosystem. Operated by LabFellows within the Center for Novel Therapeutics, HomeLab is California’s award-nominated biotech accelerator with 52 university biotech startups achieving over $1.5B in exits and funds raised over the past 5 years. We support startups focused on translating innovations ranging from cell and gene therapies to AI for drug discovery. We offer a dynamic space for visionary founders with big ideas in big markets built by teams who can win. We believe that disruptive biotechs transcend boundaries: they can be built anywhere, by anyone, and in any corner of the economy - from novel therapeutics and AI in biotech to tools & diagnostics and sustainable biomaterials. We want to find and be a home to these new ventures. We partner with founders around the world, across life science and digital health applications, and at various stages, primarily before success is obvious.
