Bob comes to Home Leasing with 20+ years of property management experience as both a Regional Leader and Vice President of Property Management, working both in market rate and affordable housing. Bob has held memberships on the board of APTS of NY, the local National Apartment Association affiliate for upstate New York and has deep professional roots in the capital district. He is a also veteran, with active-duty service in the US Army and National Guard. Bob's extensive knowledge and experience will for sure be an asset to our team. ?? We’re proud to announce that our Tailor Square project with Home Leasing has won the "Best Flooring Solution" Fuse Spark Award from Fuse Commercial Flooring Alliance! This marks our sixth Fuse Spark Award in just eight years as a proud member of Fuse Alliance, a network of over 175 members. Transforming the historic 1912 Tailor Square textile plant into affordable senior living apartments required innovative flooring solutions. We tackled uneven subfloors, moisture challenges, and budget constraints—all while preserving the building’s industrial character. By carefully selecting Kahrs Hardwood Flooring, Bentley cushion-backed carpet tile, and J&J Luxury Vinyl Tile, we delivered a durable, stylish, and cost-effective flooring solution. #GreaterROC is the birthplace of the modern women’s rights movement, and our region played a key role in the suffrage movement. While our area and the women who call it home have led to remarkable progress for the women’s rights movements, we understand there is still much work to be done.
