Not a day goes by that he is not helping a fellow associate with matching up a Bryant system or helping them with design ideas as he came from the install side of the business. Few have the breadth of knowledge that he does which is a testament to his experience but also his desire to learn more. It does not hurt that he is bursting with personality, as I am sure anyone can attest to!” Fun facts about Don Carpenter: How long have you been at Homans? Almost four years Tell us about your background before Homans or growth within the organization: I have installed, shipped, fixed, and sold HVAC for 20 years. What is your favorite song? Yellow Ledbetter by Pearl Jam What is your favorite movie/show? The Empire Strike Back What is your dream job or a job you'd like to try? My dream job would be piloting a sea plane between tropical islands. Place you'd like to visit that you haven't been to? I would love to go to Hawaii, but I don't know if could take the flight. What is your dream car? I would love an old Ford Bronco or F150 What's your favorite season? I think fall is the best season in New England.

We received an e-mail from one of our contractors stating how refreshing it is to deal with Steve. They said amongst all the negative that branches deal with it's important to they recognize the positive.” Fun facts about Stephen Pisarczyk: How long have you been at Homans? WILL BE 2 YEARS THIS MONTH Tell us about your background before Homans or growth within the organization: Before Homans, I had 11 years in the supermarket industry working my way up to an Asst Deli Manager. I also did 8 years in the pizza/restaurant industry. I eventually found myself in the HVAC industry working for one of our customers for nearly 4 years as a warehouse and project manager. This is how I came to know Chris Scafidi and Rick Barker. When I came to Homans I started off in the Warehouse and eventually moved up to the counter. What is your favorite song? Wonderful Tonight: Eric Clapton What is your favorite movie/show? Favorite movie is Unforgiven with Clint Eastwood What do you do in your free time? I serve at Church, read and do singing/songwriting. Do you have a hidden talent or fun fact about yourself? If so, what is it? I like to draw pencil portraits of famous people What's your favorite ice cream flavor? Moose Tracks What do you consider your core values? My Faith in Christ, Honesty, Integrity, Patience, and Kindness.
