Suuuure, We Check It All The Time! Have you ever heard someone tell you that they're not sure why the product didn't last very long, or why they are always having trouble with it?? "But we always check out stuff on a regular basis to make sure that it working properly". OK... This was a fun little project that we completed this week here in Indiana. The customer called me and asked if we'd be interested in taking a look at it and to see if we could possibly help them out. They said that the previous company they used for service was not interested in working on this as it was going to cost a billion dollars to fix it. (The other company was scared of this station) As you can see, they routinely check their stations to make sure that everything is in proper working condition. We removed the overgrown weeds and debris and took down the fence. We then gutted the station and hydro-excavated the outside of the basin to expose the discharge line so that we could replace the hubs. We found that whoever installed this decided to pour concrete on the discharge piping:). We installed HOMA Pump Technology grinder pumps, new controls, new base elbows, valves, and a Halliday Products access hatch. At the end of the day we had this station all freshened up and running, and looking really good! The customer said that it looked so good that they were not going to put the fence back up!
