After spending 15 years in San Antonio, she saw firsthand how HOLT Group helped shape the city’s growth. When the opportunity arose to be part of that impact, she didn’t hesitate. But what truly inspired her? Seeing Corinna Holt Richter lead with grace, confidence, and balance—proving that women can thrive in leadership while raising a family. Now, as Marketing Manager – Customer Experience, Sydney is passionate about building strong connections across Parts, Sales, Service, and Rental. She believes that exceptional customer experiences start with a strong employee experience, and she values the people who bring expertise, humor, and dedication to the job every day. As a new mom to a 7-month-old daughter, Sydney hopes to set an example—not just as a working mother, but as a leader paving the way for more women to succeed in construction.
