Team Member Spotlight! Hollywood Casino at The Meadows is proud of our Emergency Responders that gave lifesaving assistance to a guest in need! On September 13, 2024, EMTs were requested to the Event Center for a guest who was unresponsive. EMT Maria Barone, EMR Heather Bates, and EMR Reyes Valdez responded to find the guest unresponsive in a chair. They quickly moved the guest to the ground where they began compressions and ventilating the guest. They continued this for over 10 minutes until care was transferred to the responding ambulance crew. The guest was life flighted to Pittsburgh where she made a recovery.
