To all of our friends out there who have group plans in force with Baylor Scott & White. You should have received a notification from BS&W earlier this month asking you to log in to their employer portal and provide the required information that they need so they can submit your CAA / pharmacy reporting. They are asking for this to be submitted by 4/4 otherwise, you will miss the deadline and have to submit direct to CMS/ the DOL which you won't want to have to do. That will cost time and money. Please let us know if we can help.

Last week we had our annual EOS training with Nick Bradfield with EOS Worldwide. Good times and good work by the team! Maybe next time we will be sure to point the camera more at us instead of our beloved four-legged friends ?? . It was a great kickoff to our next EOS calendar year. To all of our friends out there who partner with UnitedHealthcare for your company's health insurance, you have exactly one month to respond to their RFI regarding your company's CAA / Pharmacy reporting if you want them to handle it. We do highly recommend letting UHC (or whoever your insurance provider / TPA is) handle this on your company's behalf. This is complicated, federal reporting that is expensive to have handled by anyone other than your insurance provider/partner. As always, if HBC can help with this in any way please let us know.
