H&B's first Experience Store has landed in Cardiff today! ? We're thrilled to announce the opening of H&B's first Experience Store on Cardiff's Queen Street, building on the demand from customers for more immersive experiences and working with partners to bring H&B to life in our largest store to date. ? The new store brings together a collection of new, personalised wellness experiences for the first time under one roof and represents a key part of H&B's ongoing evolution to becoming a first-choice wellness partner. Over the last 3 years, H&B has been on a comprehensive transformation journey, with multi-million pounds investments into our store estate, technology and new product development, with over 620 stores completed and over 75% of our estate already refitted. ? Today is a BIG day!!! A few months ago we got group of our best people together to discuss how we move our retail format on again. The aim was to think about how we expand what we do experientially and with partners, bringing H&B to life in an ever better way. After a ton of hard work here it is…..the new Experience Store on Cardiff Queen St. Everything H&B do is stepped on in this store product, tech and services. You can also get the highest quality diagnostic tests in partnership with Randox and we’ve got a Wellness Studio offering classes in Pilates, Yoga and meditation through local experts. I’m hugely proud of the way this has been delivered from thoughts to renders to design to reality and shows the strength of cross-functional working we have in H&B with lots of help from our partners and suppliers. Despite affecting 1.5 million women in the UK, endometriosis remains one of the least-discussed health conditions, with two in five women in the dark, and only 11% able to identify the common symptoms. This Endo Awareness Month, we’re marking the first anniversary of our free H&B Menstrual Health Advice Line, encouraging the nation to #TalkEndo. We’ve put Endo in all our store windows today, alongside Carla Cressy, founder of The Endometriosis Foundation, highlighting the support available. We are delighted to announce our?2025 charity partnership with Barretstown, a prominent children’s charity that provides free, life-changing therapeutic camps and programmes for children living with cancer and other illnesses, and their families. Through this partnership, we have committed to raising vital funds through the support of colleagues’ fundraising efforts and customer donations, which will make a real difference to Barretstown’s incredible work. Nationwide, H&B team members will participate in a range of fundraising events and challenges throughout the year, starting with Barretstown’s?Annual Dublin Mountains Challenge Fundraiser in May. This event will be one of the cornerstone events for this partnership and will see participants trekking through the picturesque Dublin Mountains to raise much-needed funds for the charity’s mission. Customers can also support the cause by donating at till points across Holland & Barrett’s 68 Irish stores and online.
