Last Thursday we welcomed some 150 students from three Atlanta Public Schools high schools for a “See It To Be It” tour of Mercedes-Benz Stadium. These behind-the-scenes events are designed for students who may not have such opportunities otherwise, giving them a look at the construction process through the eyes of those who built the stadium, particularly minority contractors. We recently had the pleasure of hosting seniors from Culpeper Technical Education Center (CTEC) for a presentation and site tour of one of our major data center projects in Ashburn, VA. It was an exciting chance for the students, both electrical and drafting, to get a first-hand look at career opportunities that await them after graduation.
