In June 2024, 14 future leaders began a 12-week internship program with Holcim Building Envelope. During the summer, they gained real-world, hands-on experience while immersing themselves in our business culture. As we wrap up our second year of this program, we’re excited to share testimonials from our interns Morgan Beardsley, Jagpreet Bajwa and Matthew Ashe about their journeys with us.
