From there, Miljan and Jamie Gentoso, P.E. , MBA, President of Holcim Building Envelope, visited our Elevate US | Commercial Roofing Systems EPDM manufacturing plant and distribution center in Prescott, Arkansas, to meet with our teammates at the frontline of our operations and see firsthand how our EPDM roofing membrane is made. In June 2024, 14 future leaders began a 12-week internship program with Holcim Building Envelope. During the summer, they gained real-world, hands-on experience while immersing themselves in our business culture. As we wrap up our second year of this program, we’re excited to share testimonials from our interns Morgan Beardsley, Jagpreet Bajwa and Matthew Ashe about their journeys with us. We look forward to the program growing into the future.
