Hokanson Companies, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Heather Cagle to Vice President. Heather has been a dedicated member of the Hokanson team since 2013, starting her tenure in Property Management. Her outstanding performance and leadership earned her a promotion to Senior Property Manager, and subsequently to her current role as Director of Property Management Services. Heather oversees the property management and maintenance services for Hokanson’s diverse portfolio, which includes medical, Class A commercial, financial, Department of Veterans Affairs and industrial properties. She successfully leads a team of property managers and maintenance technicians, servicing over 8 million square feet of property in nineteen states. Heather attended Franklin College and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism with a focus on Visual Communications, and later completed a Graduate Degree in Business Administration and Healthcare. She is also a Licensed Real Estate Broker for the State of Indiana. Heather is an active member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). She is currently the chair of the Safety & Security Committee for BOMA Indiana and was recently honored with the Property Manager of the Year Award at their 2023 Annual Meeting. Heather’s promotion to Vice President reflects Hokanson Companies’ unwavering commitment to its clients to provide the highest level of corporate real estate services.?Please join us in congratulating Heather on her promotion!
