November is Hogan's Founder's Month, and we are excited to be celebrating 79 years! As we approach our 80th year in 2025, we want to honor this milestone by giving back. As Utah's Community Builder, our core values of BUILD, TRUST, PEOPLE, and CARE are interconnected and fundamental to our mission. We want to showcase these values during our celebrations, so we're giving back through our festivities throughout next year. Stay tuned!
关于我们
In 1945, Eric Hogan founded our company to build homes for returning World War II soldiers. Shortly after, the company’s focus shifted to commercial construction with being the low bid on a local school project—and we have never looked back. Through the years Hogan hasn’t lost sight of what matters: helping the client get the best value in contractor services. Our service methods haven’t changed, although our tools and technology have. Our firm was formally established as Hogan & Associates Construction in 1995 (until then we were known as Hogan & Tingey) and we have become one of the Intermountain West’s premier construction companies. We have a term for how we do business. It’s “The Hogan Way.” It’s keeping promises and doing business with a handshake. It is making decisions as Eric would have. By working with that ideal in mind, Hogan & Associates Construction is prepared to build for another sixty years and beyond!

Hogan sponsored the OTECH High School tour hosted by the Association for Learning Environments (A4LE) on Friday, November 15. The layout and structure of the school mirrors the college's and enables students to work independently and progress at their own pace. OTECH High is a first-of-its-kind facility and gives students access to 33 Ogden Weber Technical College programs, which include construction, automotive, culinary arts, health sciences, and computer technology!

The North Davis Fire District's building was outdated and no longer served their needs. Now, their updated station will serve as a better home for the firefighters and improve response times for the district it serves. Hear what Scott Bryner, the project manager, and Chief Mark Becraft, the NDFD fire chief, have to say about this new station in the heart of Clearfield City!

The little plazas that could have been selected as one of three finalists for ENR Mountain States Project of the Year! “The Corner Plaza and Dumke Arts Plaza have transformed underutilized spaces into vibrant community hubs, fostering creativity and connection in Ogden. The Dumke Arts Plaza, in particular, has revitalized the Nine Rails Creative District by replacing a blighted motel with a beautiful, engaging space for public art and gatherings. These plazas have not only enhanced the aesthetic appeal of the area but also created accessible spaces for cultural expression, bringing people together and strengthening the community’s sense of identity and pride," Lorie Buckley, Ogden City's Arts Administrator, said. Hogan, Io LandArch, and Ogden City are thrilled that these community spaces are being recognized! https://lnkd.in/ggm2xAs8

Hogan Construction was a proud major sponsor of the Harrington Center for the Arts' 2024 "Masterpieces in Motion" gala, where over 70 artists recreated famous works of art by performing live at the event! A big "thank you" goes out to the Ballet West Academy, BYU Ballroom Dance Company, Shea Owens, The Allante String Quartet, the King will come, and Wasatch Contemporary Dance who entertained and inspired those in attendance. We were transported to an enchanted world and raised money for the renovation of the historic Harrington School into a center for the arts. VCBO Architecture

Hogan recently celebrated the completion of four new teen centers. As Utah's Community Builder?, Hogan was proud to donate our services to build facilities that will help thousands of students in various areas for years to come. The team effort with the architects, VCBO Architecture & MHTN Architects, and the school districts, Davis School District (VCBO), Weber School District (MHTN), and Ogden School District (VCBO), made these community resources possible.
