Reflecting on our journey, one project stands out above the rest: the Ratliff Electric project in Wink, TX. This was our first large-scale venture and a true turning point for Hodges Construction Services. Working on a Design-Build format, we had the opportunity to flex all our skills and tackle challenges head-on. What made this project truly special was the trust that Roy, Charles, and his team placed in us from our very first meeting. Their confidence fueled our passion and determination. Completing this project not only solidified our capabilities but also launched us into a new phase of growth. Hodges Construction wouldn’t be where it is today without the Ratliff Electric project as our foundation. Even better, this journey led to lasting friendships with the Ratliff and Wood families.
