“Star Light Star Bright,” a captivating new art installation, has been unveiled at Pier A Park! Created by the Brooklyn-based design studio Hou de Sousa, this UV-lit pavilion features 75,000 perforated paracord links, creating 1,200 colorful chains intricately woven together on a steel frame. Shaped like a star when viewed from above, the structure has multiple entryways that invite visitors to explore and gather within. These are challenging times but we are here to ensure that we can come together to create a safe, accessible and prosperous business district that attracts residents and visitors to shop, eat, play and stay in Hoboken. The Hoboken Business Alliance (HBA), a Special Improvement District created by the Hoboken City Council, was formed to improve the district’s area and stimulate business in Hoboken. HBA’s Board Of Directors is comprised of established Hoboken property and business owners. These include the owners of Hoboken Business Center, Little City Books, and Swift Interiors as well as representatives from local developers like Maridian Properties, SJP Properties, Pegasus Properties and Bijou Properties.
