McLaren Oakland – Oxford, MI McLaren Oakland has served the Oxford community for decades, and with the opening of this 54,000-square-foot medical campus, comprehensive, cutting-edge care is now within reach. Replacing an old and tired medical office building, the newly constructed space provides expanded services and is?Oxford’s only freestanding emergency department. Services include Emergency Department, Radiology, MRI, Physical Therapy, Oncology/Infusion, Labs and several provider clinics. This project builds on McLaren’s successful approach in previous Michigan campuses, including Clarkston, West Branch, and Fenton, and provides flexibility and interconnectivity between departments. ? We are thrilled to announce the successful topping out of Michigan's new state-of-the-art Public Health and Environmental Science Laboratory. This is a significant milestone marking the completion of the building's structural framework, bringing us closer to enhancing public health in Michigan. We are grateful to our dedicated partners who have contributed to reaching this milestone. Congratulations to Christman Constructors, Inc. and Midwest Steel, Inc. for meeting schedule and safety milestones. The lab will be completed by late 2026. Stay tuned for updates. Hobbs+Black is thrilled to be part of the growth in Lansing, where we are designing over 500 housing units. With our downtown Lansing office serving the community for nearly 40 years, we’re excited about this opportunity to add modern living options to the heart of the city. This development consists of five projects— The Tower on Grand, Washington Square, Capitol Tower, The Ingham Building, and a new building in Old Town. It will increase foot traffic along the river, create a vibrant, walkable community, and boost local businesses. Progress on McLaren West Lansing in Delta Township Construction is progressing smoothly at the new McLaren West Lansing facility. This state-of-the-art medical campus will offer comprehensive services, including a freestanding emergency department, diagnostic imaging, lab services, family medicine, and specialty clinics. The facility is master-planned for future growth, with options for connected or separate building additions to meet the community's evolving needs. McLaren Greater Lansing will treat its first patient in the fall of 2025. Northstar Bank's new 15,030-square-foot branch at 3040 Lohr Road in Ann Arbor, Michigan, offers a range of services to meet both retail and business banking needs. This multi-functional building integrates retail banking operations on the ground floor, offering drive-thru services, and night drop facilities for customer convenience. Parking is available on-site, making the branch easily accessible to customers. ? For 17 years, Dan was a beacon of light and an invaluable part of the Hobbs+Black team. His vast knowledge, generous mentoring, and dedication left a lasting impact on our team. Dan’s warm and friendly demeanor, quick wit, and ability to make everyone feel welcome made him a joy to work with and a cherished member of our community.
