HOA Leaders were treated to great presentations today in Bloomington at our spring series chapter meeting of the HOA Leadership Network, LLC. Special thanks to John Bristol and Perry Loukusa on the things you need to look for on surfaces in your HOA properties; and Kyle Mikesh CMCA, AMS of Kaeham Construction and Restoration for his presentation on punch list items to consider during spring walks. We also discussed the key issues facing us with new "HOA reform" legislation that is under consideration in the state legislature, courtesy of Finn Jacobsen of SJJ Law.
