This is a story I LOVE to tell! Here's how we took George from NO interviews to 4 in 4 just 4 weeks: Background: George Thompson, a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in business operations, had been struggling with his job search for several months. With extensive experience and solid resume, George STILL wasn't getting great responses to his applications and he was pretty frustrated and perplexed. That's when we started working together. This gave his resume more weight and demonstrated how his experience could directly benefit potential employers. ??Additionally, we tailored his resume for each position he applied to, emphasizing the skills and experiences most relevant to the role. ??LinkedIn Optimization: We revised George's LinkedIn profile to ensure it aligned with his resume and included keywords that would help him appear in relevant recruiter searches. I also advised George on how to actively engage on LinkedIn by sharing industry insights and networking with connections, increasing his visibility in the process. ??Targeted Job Search focused on Networking: Rather than applying to every available role, George began targeting positions that were an ideal match for his skill set and career aspirations. We made networking contacts for every application. ??Interview Preparation: Once the interviews began rolling in, we focused on interview preparation, doing mock interviews and leveraging our interactive interview prep app. Results: In just four weeks, George went from having no interviews to securing four high-quality interview invitations.
