We are thrilled to announce that Brad Cooper, PE, has joined the HLA team! With over 25 years of experience in civil engineering, Brad brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to our firm. As our new Director of Engineering Operations, he will oversee all engineering activities, ensuring the efficient delivery of projects while upholding the highest standards of quality, policy, and process adherence. We look forward to the continued growth and success that Brad’s leadership will bring to HLA.

Congratulations to the Port of Sunnyside for being awarded the 2024 IACC Community Impact Award for their Midvale Industrial Park Street and Utility Improvements project! The single largest public infrastructure project in Yakima County, this $11M project allows over 200 acres of undeveloped land to be ready for economic development within the City of Sunnyside. HLA Engineering and Land Surveying, Inc. assisted in securing funding from five funding sources, performed design engineering, and provided construction management services necessary to help make the Port’s vision a reality. We couldn’t be more proud of the Port of Sunnyside’s success!
