HLA is excited to announce Marla Meza, PE, has passed the Washington State Professional Engineering (PE) licensing exam. Marla, a Davis High School graduate, joined HLA in 2020 after earning her BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington. A recent graduate of Leadership Yakima, she is ready to make an impact by designing public infrastructure with a dedication to enhancing communities and improving the lives of those we serve. Congratulations Marla!
