Driven by a vision of a world where everyone has a decent place to live, we seek to put God’s love into action, to bring people together to build homes, communities, and hope. What We do: Hanover and King William Habitat for Humanity is a locally run, independent affiliate of Habitat International and is responsible for Hanover and King William Counties. For over 30 years, they built homes alongside families who pay an affordable mortgage. Habitat’s repair program addresses critical repairs around the home. With Habitat’s help, and the help of the community, Habitat homeowners achieve the strength, stability, and independence they need to build a better life for themselves and their families. All Are Welcome: Hanover and King William Habitat for Humanity has an open-door policy: Habitat welcomes volunteers and supporters from all backgrounds and also serves people in need of decent housing regardless of race or religion.
